The Rockford Area Golf Hall of Fame is organized as a means of recognizing, preserving, and promoting the heritage of golf in the Rockford area. Many individuals have made extraordinary contributions and have had incredible accomplishments in the lifetime sport of golf. The Hall of Fame honors contributions and accomplishments of these individuals and organizations that are worthy of recognition as examples for others to emulate.


Interactive Display

The community now has a new way to learn more about the nearly 50 individuals and organizations recognized in the Rockford Area Golf Hall of Fame. An interactive display is now located at Aldeen Golf Club and allows guests to click on images and learn more about the contributions and accomplishments of individuals, groups, and organizations who have been inducted into the Golf Hall of Fame since 2005.

Nominations

Nominations may include players, coaches, volunteers, groups, or organizations. Nominees should demonstrate excellence both on and off the course, embodying the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and dedication. Submissions should highlight the nomineeโ€™s contributions to Rockford area golf, along with any notable service, leadership, or achievements within the golf community.
